TRUE STORIES
We ventured out to the streets of London and encountered a cross section of Londoners who were homeless, listen to their stories and challenges encountered whilst being homeless below.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES?
To offer 24-hour support for vulnerable young people aged between 16-25 years,
vulnerable adults and 55+ with complex support needs.

OUR APPROACH
Our person-centred approach, enables us to safeguard vulnerable people in our safe and secure properties. We also provide staff for mental health facilities and properties undergoing residential group transitions.
Our service has proved to be cost effective and generates a wide ranging social return, as well as providing specialist support for those who need it.

Our Core Services
Comprehensive support for children and young people aged 7–24
Children’s Residential Homes
Safe, nurturing, therapeutic homes where children aged 7–18 feel settled, attend school, and build positive relationships. Our qualified staff provide 24/7 support with education, health, recreation, and young person’s voice at the centre of everything we do.
Supported Accommodation (16–24)
Quality shared houses, supported lodgings and self-contained flats where young people aged 16–24 build confidence and learn to live independently. Every placement includes our Life Skills Programme built in.

Life Skills Workshops
Practical workshops covering money and debt management, managing a tenancy, staying safe, healthy relationships and positive daytime activities.

HPP Women’s Service
Specialist support, advocacy and safe accommodation for women aged 18+ affected by trafficking, domestic violence, and exploitation.

Project Rebuild — 12 Weeks of Real Support
An online coaching and mentoring programme helping young people aged 16–25 establish what they want to achieve from life. We help map out the steps to support young people into voluntary work placements, work experience, employment, further education or business start-up.
