PARTNER WITH HCC
By working collaboratively in partnership via a multi-agency engagement such as Local Authorities and the NHS, Horizon Community Care position it’s services via the provision of its support and care services in assisting with the ever increasing demands that these public bodies are faced with whilst delivering community-based projects with other charities and organisations through community funding grants. This enables the most vulnerable in our community to achieve independence alongside social inclusion whilst empowering people to strive for a brighter future.
Horizon Community Care senior management also fosters a culture of global collaborations and partnerships with other international organisations on both a strategic and operational level. We believe by working collaboratively we aim to generate more of a deeper impact in communities where the social benefit outcomes is evident and impactful. Our mission we have embarked on presents its challenges, being a centric community interest organisation, we firmly believe it is through partnership and collaborative working we can find remediation to many of the social problems our global communities is faced with.

Eternal Care Foundation (ECF)
Eternal Care Foundation (ECF) is an international humanitarian organisation focused on alleviating poverty, providing aid and support for the needy and ameliorating social amenities across Nigeria.
HCC work in partnership with such organisations in effort to tackle the global issue of poverty.
We make a real life difference to those that are in crisis and suffer from a lack of essentials such as food.
HCC and ECF are working together to raise funds, to provide practical support to those those who are struggling and are in crisis.
